14 days of grace for exchanges & returns

If you are not entirely happy with your Elephants Inc. purchase, you have 14 days from the day you receive your order to, fill out the return form below  for an exchange or refund.

Unfortunately, we are unable to provide complimentary return shipping

to our warehouse. However, for exchanges, your replacement will be shipped to you for free.

For refunds, we deduct $12 USD to cover initial shipping. Refunds are issued to your original method of payment.

Returns and exchanges will only be provided on regular-priced items. Products on clearance sale are final and are non-returnable, except in the case of a defect.

Returns must be received with the items in their original condition with its packaging and barcode affixed. Without the barcode, the item cannot be returned to our warehouse. 

Exchanges and returns are processed within 5 working days of receipt of item.

We do our best to make sure there are no defects, but in the occasion that this does happen, please email us at shop@elephants.inc so we can take care of you!
